I used to eat here quite often but now I don’t bother because the wait is extremely long even when there’s only a couple people in the restaurant and the food has gotten worse since fall quarter of college.

I have eaten at the roost multiple times a week for the past school year and have grown to hate it! It's not that the food is bad because it's not it's actually very good. My complaint is how long it takes. When ordering at in the middle of the day you can expect it to take about 30min to 1 hour but they advertise that it will take less the 8 min. Also I would say that about 25% of the time I go there my order is wrong making it take longer to get it to me. The time and service is unacceptable if I'm gonna be playing 10$ for mostly everything on the menu
