I usually don't do burger joints, but was there for a birthday gathering. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. I was surprised to be asked how I wanted it cooked. The person who took my order was polite and service was fast. My burger was cooked to perfection, medium well done. It was juicy and not overly seasoned. I could actually taste the burger and it was delicious. I hardly ever eat beef but I will be coming back for another one of their burgers soon. Based on this first experience, if you're into beef and comfort food, I definitely recommend giving Rooster's Fondren a try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: They offered salads and cole slaw. Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: There were only a few spaces in front of the place. I had to park in the lot across the street. Kid-friendliness: It seemed to be kid friendly.
