It was pretty mediocre, they didn't offer options to remove the mushrooms from the food.

Bret and I hired Roots for our wedding and the food was FABULOUS! From the appetizers to the buffet to the late night snack--everything tasted delicious. I cannot count how many times our guests and family came up to us to compliment the food. Roots is so easy to work with and really catered to our every need. We are so happy with everything they put together and would definitely recommend them for any wedding!

Finally decided to try Roots after an incredibly underwhelming experience a year and a half ago when they were in Broomfield. The good: my partner had the masala omelet and enjoyed it immensely- the omelet, the potatoes - he loved both. And for $10 it was a great deal. The server was very sweet as well. I had the avocado toast - 2 slices of bread cut in half with about half an avocado mashed over the 4 pieces of bread - topped with undressed arugula, a small slice of tomato on each slice of bread and and a balsamic glaze. This dish was $12 and while it tasted fine, it's priced a bit high for what it is - dressing the greens and adding some finishing salt would have elevated the dish. We both got the chai, iced with oat milk. An approximately 6 oz portion for $6 was mostly mil with very little chai flavor. The side of bacon was $5 for 2 v thin strips of bacon - think Oscar Mayer. Oh! And we weee seated in front of the south facing window with the afternoon sun at peak intensity - window treatments would have been nice to lessen the severity of the blinding hot sunlight. Overall would not recommend and likely won't come back.
