I ordered a steak and cheese. The total came to $16.98 which is high for a suburban deli-style establishment. I asked could the Mozzarella, an odd choice for the default cheese on a steak and cheese be substitiuted with Provolone. They were unable to do so. I understood. If they don't have Provolone, they don't have it. I gave her $22 so she could give me a straight $5 back. She only had ones. I understood. I asked for them to put ketchup on my sub and they told me that I had to use packets, but later she did have a squeeze bottle and added the ketchup. That is when things went completely left. For starters, when I went to grab ketchup packets, there were ants crawling all over the counter. I proceeded back to my office and opened my food. I was robbed. As you can see in the pictures, there was barely any meat on this sandwich. I was charged almost $20 for bread and a handful of fries. Absolutely unacceptable. This was my first and last time patronizing this fraud of an establishment. Straight up robbery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped by Rose Café for lunch and really enjoyed it. I had the chilaquiles and a pistachio latte. Both were really good. The chilaquiles were flavorful and filling and the latte was smooth with just the right touch of sweetness. I’ll definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
