Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Every single thing we ordered exceeded our expectations. The appetizers were incredible, the mocktails were creative and absolutely delicious, and the entrées were, quite honestly, freaking amazing. Every bite was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming that we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the entire meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere is just as impressive as the food. The building is beautiful, with the perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal—elegant, comfortable, and inviting. This is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly, highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's like they're trying too hard to be unconventional which is causing a loss of focus on qualty, taste and value. The pepper steak was totally unexpected in plating but not in a good way. It looked like a bowl of dog food with onions, cilantro, and jalapenos sprinkled over it. The meat was very chewy, overdone, and the flavor was strange and off putting. The description on the menu should really reflect this so people know what they're getting into qhen they're ordering it. The ultra cheesy burger ratio of meat to bun is way off unless you order a double stack so I felt sort of ripped off for the cost of the menu item because I got only 1. The menu does not say that it is a smash burger, so the server had to let me know that it was when I ordered it, which is an additional $3 so that's how they get you there. I ended up taking almost half the bread off to eat it. The waffle potatoes have zero flavor what so ever. There was a strong presence of all purpose flour with a little bit of potato, so that item needs some reworking for sure. The dip provided was basically bland average mayonaise so that wasn't helping the flavor either. Our server so sweet though and he took it off our check. I was disappointed there wasn't much variety on the menu. I guess this is more of a lounge for drinking rather than a full restaurant. Besides a nice server, the one thing that was good was the gazpacho soup. That was spot on, do not change a thing about that menu item because it was probably the most delicious cold soup that we've ever had!! Lastly I put a few stars for the atmosphere because the music was very strange and did not match the restaurants vibe. Very off putting rap songs with swear words and hip hop music that was suriprising to hear in this type of restaurant and town. There's potential here in some of these food items they just need to be revisited and thought out better. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit here. They continue the tradition of great cocktails, and Ana's Margarita is the closest to the old 12 West margarita that I've had in years. That alone would have been worth a visit! We tried a variety of dishes - the wings, mushroom toast, cabbage casar, andouille dog, extra cheesy burger, and the soup of the day (chili). Wings were cooked well as always, though I prefer the Speck lemon/chili seasoning to traditional buffalo. The mushroom toast was impeccable, and the chili was one of the best I've ever had. The burger served on queso was a fun twist. Special mention to the fries - so often an afterthought, the fries here a perfect, with a nice pickle powder seasoning. The only dish that didn't work for us was the charred cabbage Caesar - while the dressing and other toppings were delicious, the cabbage was just too tough. We'll stick with the FANTASTIC wedge salad next time - so glad they kept that from Cove, only reason we didn't get it was to try something new. Overall, we found Rosebud's a fun experience, great to see the same staff, great drinks, and we're excited to see how often the menu switches up. Can't wait to return!
