I reserved a table for our team pizza party, but when we arrived, no tables had actually been reserved for us. We were asked how many team members and families would be attending, and I clearly stated 6 families. Since families arrived at different times, we ended up sitting at separate tables, which was understandable. We were also informed that the team would receive one complimentary pizza for the 6 girls, and we were completely fine with that. After waiting over an hour for our food and checking on the complimentary pizza, an employee, honestly she might have even been the owner, her name was Sue approached me and stated that we would not be receiving the pizza because “6 families didn’t show” and because we supposedly had not met a $200 minimum spend requirement. This was never explained to us beforehand. In fact, the families in attendance collectively spent far more than $200. After I pointed out the families who were there, Sue reluctantly said she would “do it this time only,” which was confusing considering we had already met the spending requirement she stated we didn’t. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. We also had an issue with the salad bar. The cashier explained that purchasing a salad plate included unlimited salad servings, while the bowl option was a one-time serving. After my husband finished his salad, I went up for mine. Sue stopped me and told me I could not get more salad. I explained what the cashier had told us, and even when the cashier admitted she believed the plate option was unlimited, Sue continued to handle the situation in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. I understand miscommunication can happen, but the way we were treated was disappointing and unnecessary. As a business owner myself, I would strongly encourage Sue to better train herself on policies and customer service, because no customer should feel singled out or disrespected during what was supposed to be a fun team celebration. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one’s hard to ignore. I recently visited Round Table and the entire place smelled like straight-up sewage. It was so strong that it hit the moment I walked in and never went away. Honestly, it makes you question everything—if the front of the restaurant smells like that, what does the kitchen look like? It completely killed my appetite and made it hard to feel comfortable eating there. Cleanliness is the bare minimum for any restaurant, and this was way below standard. Really disappointing experience. Too bad I can’t capture the smell, so you can smell what I’m talking about. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–60 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Round Table Pizza absolutely deserves all the stars! The service was beyond amazing — the owner personally brought out a fresh to-go pizza because ours came out just a little dark on top. That level of care is so rare and truly appreciated. The pizza was incredible, the customer service was even better, and you can genuinely feel the pride they take in their business. This is exactly why supporting small businesses matters. Round Table Pizza is a perfect example of a local spot that goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!
