We bought tickets for a CLOSED event. What we expected from a closed event - that the number of seats is limited, good service, at least for paid tickets it was expected that the staff would take care of comfort. As a result, we stood in line in the rain for 2 hours, wearing suits we had rented for a considerable sum, in this disgusting crush, and our dresses were torn. Finally, after standing in line I can no longer feel my toes and entered Rovesnik. And what ? Another turn, but now to the wardrobe. They wanted to hand over the torn part of the dress along with the jacket, since the suit was being returned and all the details needed to be preserved! But they refused in the dressing room, under the pretext that they couldn’t hang it, I asked to just put it on the side, near the wall, within the wardrobe, but this was also refused, a very “polite” dressing room employee said: if you leave it here, then I’ll just throw it out outside the wardrobe, I had to look for a secret place to leave my skirt, at my own peril and risk. Then again there is now a queue at the bar, waiting for drinks for half an hour, it’s just disgusting, there is absolutely nowhere to sit.
