Ordered from Royal Jade Inn recently and overall had a pretty good experience. The food arrived hot, the portions were generous, and it is reasonably priced. Staff were polite and ordering was easy too. Would definitely order again. 10/10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst experience ever! I used their delivery option! The food supposed to come at 18:05 bug they run late 45 minutes! I call the restaurant and a woman answered me and then she is passing me to a man who started shouting at me that the driver just left and due to weather conditions will be at my place in 20 minutes and if I want a refund to take it with Just Eat(the app that I used to do the order)! Before I called the restaurant, with 10 minutes, I used the option of refund on Just Eat but the same guy, that is working for the restaurant, REJECTED the refund! Reason, the driver was on his way, when in reality they didn't even send him! Now I lost my money cause their is no option of refund anymore, I didn't had my food and they blocked my phone number as well! They are thiefs and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen! I will try to talk to a lawyer to see what is there to be done with the refund! Meanwhile, if the food runs late, called them and tell them you want a refund, on spot! WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! i would've gave them -5 stars, if I could!
