After having moved to Pontypridd in February, myself and my other half were looking for our go to Indian food take away. We stumbled across Royal Rasoi on Just eat. Having read some reviews and viewed their menu, we decided to give them a go. We're so happy that we did!! We placed an order on Just eat for collection. Parking was slightly difficult as there are only 2 on street parking spaces outside, and the rest of the main road is double yellows. When we entered, the establishment appeared perfectly clean and nicely decorated. We waited a few minutes for our food to be ready on a comfy sofa inside. The staff were extremely welcoming and polite. We ordered 2 garlic rice, 1 lemon and garlic rice, 1 cheese naan, 1 chicken tikka masala, 1 panneer bhuna, 1 chicken madras, 2 onion salads and 3 poppadoms (late pregnancy hunger in full swing!!) Everything was phenomenal, leading us to ordering multiple times since. Everytime the food has been vibrant, boiling hot and clearly cooked with fresh ingredients. Prior to moving to the area, neither of us were Indian food phanatics due to the options we had available in Cardiff being less than subpar. That has changed completely, turns out we were simply were missing a Royal Rasoi in our lives. Well done Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
