The arrival began on the worst note on December 26th, the day turned out to be very snowy. The management did not consider it necessary to clear the parking lot for guests and the entrance area. The snowdrifts are knee-deep, the front door is difficult to open due to the snow, the steps are blocked. Apparently they are waiting for the guest to give a good kiss. My car got stuck in the snow in the parking lot, I had to ask the security at the entrance to the establishment for help - “So what? It’s not my problem that you got into a snowdrift. We’re not helping.” That’s the whole answer; we had to wait for help from passers-by who weren’t even on their way to this establishment. Parking rating - 0 out of 10! Staff at the entrance - 1 out of 10! No comments. We had a New Year corporate party. The dishes are ordinary, unremarkable. There was no gastronomic delight. Assortment of 2 salads and one hot one, appetizers. Hot boiled pork + potatoes + cherry tomatoes. The meat was dry, cold and not salted. I couldn't handle it even with the sauces. I really liked the potatoes. Food rating: 3 out of 10! Show program - a couple of magicians, a musical group, half-naked girls and a light show. Guest engagement score 7 out of 10! Guest toilets leave a lot to be desired. SHOUTING FOR THE BEST. During our stay of more than 5 hours, no one bothered to carry out the treatment. As was the “g” of some guest, it remained so. Honestly, it’s very unpleasant, even disgusting. Toilet rating - 0 out of 10! The atmosphere and interior are generally good, you can take beautiful photos. I would not recommend my friends to spend time here. During the entire existence of this establishment, I passed by and did not even think about stopping by, as I felt. I wouldn't lose anything. Встречали у вас Новый год компанией 8 человек.
Разочарованы.

С виду все очень даже не плохо, красивый внешний вид, красиво внутри, но вот обслуживание… желает лучшего.

Блюда были заказаны заранее, но несмотря на это на столе было накрыта лишь закуска.

С алкоголем была беда. Пришлось побегать, что бы найти необходимое. Бар оказался не готов к наплыву гостей и главной ночи года, впрочем, как и кухня.

Салаты выносили значительно позже, после нашего прихода, получилось, что гости голодные и нервные. Салаты выносили не одновременно всему столу, получалось так, что одни кушают другие за этим же столом смотрят, не красиво!)

Бедная девочка официантка, разрывалась и принимала весь удар на себя. Официантов явно не хватало.

Горячие блюда были поданы в пол 4 утра. Разве это норма? Многие гости просто не дожидались и уходили. Получается, что весь вечер ты голодный.

Обещанное безудержное веселье не случилось. Музыка на любителя. В начале вечера был ведущий, попытался пообщаться с гостями, но судя по всему попытка не удалась, больше мы его не видели!

Вообщем, совсем все не так, как хотелось бы и как заявлено!
