We ordered the 'new' salt n chilli combination box for £15.50. Nowhere in the description did it say that everything in the box would be deep fried. It was so dry and tough, that I couldn't eat it - waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My god ive just has chicken chow mein chicken curry and chicken and black bean sauce. It's got to be the best Chinese ive had in a very long while and very good value, I highly recommend the shop on welford road. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We haven't ordered from Ruby for quite some time and I wish we hadn't. The satay chicken was dry and had watery sauce. The black bean sauce was unpleasant. The chicken balls tasted like dirty oil, as did the prawn toast. Spending almost £50 on a Friday night treat is made even harder when it's disappointing! I genuinely can't say that anything that we ordered was great! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 2
