I always choose this place because it’s the closest thing I can get to home-style curry. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my mind. We stopped in for a quick lunch before continuing our day, and the customer service was awful. The server clearly did not want to be there and had a terrible attitude from the beginning. We ordered 3 plates with one side each. When it was my turn, I politely asked for a little more curry broth because she only gave me one very small scoop that barely filled the container halfway. She immediately gave me attitude and said the lid wouldn’t close. I understood and did not argue or ask again, but she still continued aggressively adding more broth and repeating that the lid “wouldn’t close” when I could obviously see that myself. At that point, I honestly lost my appetite and didn’t even want the food anymore, but I still paid and left. After walking away, I noticed she had charged me extra for a refill — and we didn’t even order drinks. Completely unnecessary attitude and very poor customer service. I will NEVER be returning.
