Stopped in for lunch today. I noticed the sign out front that said “new management”. That usually means that a place has had issues. Everything about my visit was perfect. Jennifer was an amazing hostess and also my waitress. The guy that brought my meal out was also friendly and went out of his way. The salad bar is why I chose Ruby Tuesday. It was clean and well stocked. I will definitely stop again on my next trip. Thank you to the manager and staff for creating such a pleasant experience. We came in not sure if our favorite bartender was there and working, and she was she greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome almost like she was expecting us! Alexis has set the bar even higher after our dinning experience! She is always so kind always informative she makes sure we're aware of what will be in our drinks she makes everyone feel welcome! She's a rising star at Ruby's and as long as she is there you will forever have us coming in! Thank you Alexis for praying for us today you made my wife's day! Food was absolutely amazing!
