I did a To Go order. First I walk in and stood for a minute. Then when someone finally saw me. They are acting like I'm in the wrong place. So told me to go around the bar to get my order. It would have been nice to have signs up to direct people. Then I ordered the Mac n cheese with chicken. I got some dried up looking chicken Marinara. Then have the audacity to ask for a 15% tip when I placed my order. I gave $5 to be nice. This is the reason why I was hesitant and many people frown on tipping. This restaurant will never get my money again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted to take a moment to recognize our server, Sarah, for the exceptional service she provided during our visit to Ruby Tuesday in Pearl, Mississippi. This was honestly one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had in many years, and it was largely because of Sarah’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. The food was excellent, and although we did experience a small issue with my wife’s salmon being slightly undercooked, Sarah handled the situation perfectly. She immediately apologized, took ownership of the concern, and ensured the kitchen corrected it quickly and without hesitation. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure we had a wonderful experience truly stood out. We enjoyed an amazing early Father’s Day lunch, and the overall atmosphere, staff, and service were exceptional. Please recognize Sarah for a job well done. Employees like her are a true asset to your team and are a major reason customers return. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I really enjoyed my meal at the Ruby Tuesdays in Jackson, MS off I 20. I was seated promptly and had my drink almost immediately. Sarah is an exceptional hostess and waitress, she was attentive to me, I didn't have to ask to my drink refilled. She sincerely cares to please her customers. We need more great servors like Sarah, Ruby Tuesdays is fortunate to have her in their employ. I will definitely come back to this Ruby Tuesdays when I am in Jackson, MS.
