I came here because the Ruby Tuesday back home closed, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered the rack of ribs, but they were bland and lacked flavor. I sent them back and ordered the mozzarella sticks instead. Unfortunately, the mozzarella sticks were cold in the middle as well. The manager came over to address the issue, but I found her response to be passive-aggressive and dismissive. She stated that the ribs were seasoned to her liking, and I explained that they simply were not seasoned to mine. I was disappointed by her attitude and the way the situation was handled. Despite the issues with the food, I still wanted to pay for my meal so I could leave a tip for the server. However, the server bypassed the tip screen, and I was unable to leave one. Overall, I left disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service from management. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I went in and sat at the bar, bartender comes out the back look directly at me and never ask anything or acknowledges I’m there so I give him the benefit of doubt the second time round when he walks off back to the back room once again and to my surprise he once again doesn’t acknowledge me nor ask have I been helped so I see the front door representative and I politely say excuse me I’m here for L***(my order) and once she replies it isn’t ready is when he decides to acknowledge me stating he didn’t see me meanwhile I’m the only one sitting at the bar as well as he look directly at me so it kind of irritated me but I did keep my composure the whole ordeal, I just feel like someone needs to speak up about this, just because it’s little to no people in the restaurant doesn’t mean you don’t acknowledge all patrons coming into the establishment to spend their hard earned money. This is the location 5701 Oaklawn Blvd in Hopewell,VA Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very Dissatisfied March 23rd 2026 4:45pm Almost Walked out upon looking at the Salad bar. Food was not Hot . We were the only ones there and then a few others came in. Staff should have already filled the Salad Bar. We won't Recommend this place until replaced with new managers and new Staff . No Professionalism at all. My 6 Year old Grandson and 5 Year old Grandaughter Would do better. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
