Soy de chile ????????, y la atención brindada fue muy buena, felicitaciones, a la cocción d las carnes deberían bajar el nivel de aceite, pero el resto súper bien

It's been years since we've dined at a Ruby Tuesday and now we know why. The location on Virginia Beach Blvd needs a serious overhaul; like a deep clean, paint, and updated style. The server was so so but all employees gave an attitude that they are just "there". It made for a gloomy atmosphere. The food -well, the fries were old, soggy, and not even warm when brought out and honestly, I think a single from Wendy's was bigger than the hamburger we ordered. It's a hard no for us to come back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The Coconut Shrimp Platter is servered with coleslaw, french fries and honey sriaracha mayo. See attached picture of the menu item. I ordered this and an additional side order of corn. The home delivery did not include coleslaw or fries or sriaracha mayo. When I notifed the restaurant of the missing items, I was told that my side order cancelled out the coleslaw and fries. Not clear on how that is calculated since one doesn't have anything to do with the other. As far as i am concerned, my order was incomplete. Botom line -- if the order is not meant to be served as a platter, then don't price and advertise it as a platter.
