Don’t recommend coming here any time soon until they get sorted out. We came in with being told at the door that they were short staffed. But later found out that there was only 2 servers, one kitchen staff and one manager working on a Saturday evening. We expected a long wait on food but not only did the server mess up the order, our steak was poorly cooked and very raw, and the server touched and picked up our food, including my child’s burger, off of our plates as he served it to us, all while in attempts to check the contents of our burgers bc it was served to the wrong person at the time. It was very unsanitary, unfortunate and especially frustrating bc we didn’t want to have to wait another hour just for our food to be fixed. The food was not worth the amount of money they were charging, and nothing was compensated for the lack of service, lack of flavor, the fact the food took well over an hour to be served to us with only a hand full of people in the restaurant, and our food was touched several times while being served. The whole experience grossed us out and the whole restaurant needs to be reevaluated. Hope they can sort things out. We won’t ever be returning. After this lunch meal I can understand why so many Ruby Tuesdays have closed. My coworker n myself was there Wednesday for lunch. I ordered soup n sald which salad bar was OK but not much but lettuce, no extra salads. They did have a small amount of potatoe salad but it was huge potatoes that were super hard. The soup was potato soup n it was nasty. It was so thick it was like pudding. Then it came in a cup where you got 4 spoons of it which didn't matter because I won't eat it again. My coworker ordered cheese steak sandwich n fries. He said the bread was so hard along with the fries way under cooked. Food took along time to get along with guarantee I won't be visiting another Ruby Tuesday in my life time. Such a disappointment!
