2nd time I have ordered the southwest salad and it came without the southwest ranch or the salsa. How do you forget the sauces, It makes the salad. I trust the employees when they say everything is in the bag. It is disappointing when the order is a tender combo and just a salad combo and it is incorrect. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

I've lost count the number of times the order is filled incorrectly. Tonight's screw up 1 shake chocolate, 1 strawberry instead of 2 chocolate. An additional large ring ... nowhere to be found. If you want anything other than a menu number good luck ... it's Russian roulette time.

The only reason they got 2 stars is because the staff was great! Friendly and helpful. They deserve 4 stars. The food deserves one. And that only because they're Frings (a combo of French fries and onion rigs) were actually very good and a cool idea. I'm a trucker who's seen Runza restaurants for years... Finally stopped late in the evening when I could get away with parking on the street with my flashers on. The RUNZA sandwichs were garbage. Literally. I ordered 2 because I couldn't decide and I was HANGRY. The mushroom & Swiss Runza was horrific two bites and in the trash it went. The regular cheese Runza was only slightly more tolerable. I ate about half of it before I canned it. A couple hours later I stopped in Sioux city and had a subway. If I wanted a soggy hot pocket filled with nearly flavorless (except for the hint of overcooked cabbage) "meat" mush. I'd go to Wal-Mart and get an actual box of hot pockets and nuke them without the handy crisper sleeve! I'm not even kidding when I say hot pockets are better!I obviously didn't grow up on this food as it seams to be a regional specialty. But I'm certain that the home version is much better. I KNOW I could make better. I'd stop for the Frings again (their onion rings are VERY good) but I'd go across the lot to McDs for a Big Mac before I'd eat another Runza. And I haven't had a Big Mac in many years.
