I believe the behavior of some bouncers at Rush is giving the venue a bad reputation. A place of business should create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, but unfortunately, my experiences and those I have observed suggest that some of the bouncers are unprofessional and at times rude. Businesses rely on customer satisfaction to generate revenue and maintain a positive image. If this issue is not addressed, it could further damage Rush’s reputation and discourage potential customers from returning. I hope management can take steps to ensure all staff represent the business respectfully and professionally. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
