I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of the wonderful staff for the ongoing kindness, patience, and friendliness you show my daughter every time she visits for her regular toasted croissant with butter. My daughter is a young teenager with autism and anxiety, and navigating the world can often feel overwhelming for her. The genuine care and warmth your team shows her each visit means more to our family than words can express. You make her feel welcomed, comfortable, and accepted, and that has had such a positive impact on her confidence. She absolutely adores your croissants and proudly says they’re the best in Melbourne—and I have to agree! Thank you for not only serving amazing food but also for creating such a welcoming environment. Have been coming to this place for the last 4 months as I work close by.... I have been to many places but this place has the perfect bend of everything U ever want in a coffee shop. The staff is 1st class ... The service is splendid and the view in the morning amazing.... The food is excellent... The best part is the coffee... and the people making it ... Absolute 5 ... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
