Overall as far as what's out here, Rustic is one of the better pizza. I'm from nyc so theres that. I can’t get with the service though. There not rude or anything. But there's no reason why when you order over the phone, you still waiting an additional 15 minutes for a regular slice. Then when you get the order its not cooked how you ordered it. Its rushed because they don't open on time. It says 11am but its best call them past 12noon so they can get themselves together. Atleast thats my experience on a Sunday with this store. I can't speak for the Saturday-Friday. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Edit: The owner called me apologizing for the issue and gave me a credit. I ordered again and they were very kind to not only give me free pizzas, but also to show how the boxes were properly sealed in their delivery bag. The order was perfect and the pizzas were delicious. I ordered 2 pizzas a couple weeks ago and had no issues. This past Sunday I ordered a large one and the box was not properly folded, making the pizza a bit exposed. Since it was delivery, I got concerned because I didn’t know how the driver handled the pizza. The issue was that the box wasn’t properly assembled, so it didn’t close on the sides (see pictures). I called Rustica and they said that they do that on purpose because they don’t want to fold the pizza. When I said I got concerned about the way the box was cared or stored in the vehicle (was it a bike, even?), they said they are transported in a bag. I didn’t see it, but decided to trust it. They said they would keep an eye on my address for the next time I order, but honestly, we know that’s a tough one. The call didn’t take long, but when I opened the box to eat, the pizza was super cold - so one more reason to properly close the box. This was not a delivery issue, so I don’t regret tipping the driver 30% because of the snow, but it was definitely a restaurant issue. Given their insistente in saying what they did was right, I might not order from them again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stop by to pick up a slice of my favorite buffalo chicken pizza and it was not what I expected. I guess it’s been a while since I’ve gotten a slice. The store is under new management. The woman at the register said the ingredients were the same although it didn’t look the same. Took the first bite and was instantly disappointed. Please bring back the buffalo chicken pizza recipe. The new recipe is not good at all. There’s no spice and too much blue cheese. The pizza is very loose and one note. The chicken portion on the pizza is okay. The renovation is cute though. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve been proudly serving the community under new ownership for the past seven months, and the vast majority of our guests have been very happy with the buffalo chicken slice. That said, we understand that everyone has personal preferences — especially with something as bold as buffalo chicken. Some prefer more heat, some prefer lighter blue cheese, and we’re always happy to adjust if asked. We’re sorry it didn’t hit the mark for you this time. If you decide to give us another try, we’d be glad to make it with extra spice and less blue cheese to better match your taste. We appreciate you stopping in and for the compliment on the renovation.
