Seasonal pumpkin ravioli was delicious for an appetizer, the complimentary sourdough rustic buns were wonderful. Many steak choices, smoked mashed potatoes were something different and very comfortable food like. The views are beautiful of the Canadian mountains out the windows, I loved. Exceptional dining experience. Five stars for Phoebe and the GM, Laurent. They managed to pull off the perfect engagement dinner. From the planning process to the execution, everything was flawless.
