We went here for a birthday celebration and chose this place because dogs are allowed on the patio. Really cool that you can walk through; a small farm with chickens, cows, sheep, etc. just off the patio. Only complaint was no umbrellas for shade in a hot climate. The food was fabulous! The chef cooked our steaks perfectly, especially mine that I requested rare which is hard to get right....and yes I have dined at many high end restaurants so I think I would know. They said the piece of cheesecake was complimentary for the birthday boy. However, upon getting home we read the receipt and noticed we were actually charged. So much for complimentary. Service was a 3 because the server was very new, but very pleasant and attentive. I'm sure she will be great with more experience. Everyone has to learn and we were fine with that. This isn't our first visit (and won't be or last), but the reason was different. Our Dutch relatives wanted to experience Canadian cuisine and we thought, what better place than the Rustlers Table. From Hangman's burger to Atlantic salmon, the food was fabulous and the presentation perfect (I know, you're just going to eat it). There's something about good food that makes conversation flow and friendships grow. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. More people! More people would have upped the atmosphere, and maybe a real rustler or two. If you haven't been to the Rustlers Table yet, take your friend's and relatives and get over there. Experience great food, fabulous service, and get the atmosphere a bit more raucous. Ok, maybe not the last part. Prices aren't stage coach robbery, they're appropriate for the fare which is fresh, has obvious quality, and is healthy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
