Rustic spot with smoked meats and other dishes for those not into barbeque. At the server's recommendation, we tried the brisket and also shared the mac and cheese (with pulled pork.) The brisket was a thick slice, more like a steak than what I usually think of as brisket, but it was tender and delicious! The mac was good, but not exceptional. The drinks (boozy strawberry lemonade and a margarita) were DIVINE and we'll be back for more of those, for sure. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Rusty Bison has a great atmosphere, and the service was prompt and efficient. It was actually less crowded than I expected for a Friday evening, and all of the servers were polite and attentive. We had a great time! It is a little pricey for what you get, but that’s probably to be expected with its location near Cooperstown Dreams Park. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

If I could give less than one star I would. Very mediocre food stale cold buns on brisket and burgers, frozen too salty fries . They have a nice atmosphere, however the food is lacking .
