The food is honestly terrible bcoz I used to frequent S11 in Cheras and let me tell you, that outlet in Cheras is God-tier. Here, the food is totally out, no flavour and lucky I had some garlic to shovel in the food. Also, why are the food being served by the staffs, whilst in Cheras we have the leisure to pick it up ourselves. The fish isn't tasty, the pork is chewy and hard and let me tell you, the sweet sour pork was really awefull. In total, I am totally disappointed with the food quality here in this Rimbayu S11. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Be careful with the pricing. The cashier often charges RM1.80 for white rice without your knowledge, while the actual price is only RM0.80. Please double-check the bill the next time you visit. This is unacceptable behavior, as they are charging double for white rice in a sneaky way. If you question the cashier, they will immediately cancel the transaction in the POS system and adjust the price. This happened even when a supervisor was present, so I believe they are aware of it. I understand that times are tough for F&B businesses, but this is considered cheating.
