I visited this place on 22.03.2026 just to have a coffee and a Napoleon cake before meeting my friends. I didn’t expect anything special, just normal service, but it turned into a really bad experience. I ordered coffee and a cake from the display. There were not many people, but I waited around 17 minutes. Then I went to the bar and politely asked when my order will be ready because my friends were already waiting. The girl answered me in a very annoyed way like “I’m already cutting it”, with a face like I was bothering her. That felt rude. When I finally got the cake, it looked really bad. Not nice at all, like just some leftovers put on a plate (see photo). After waiting so long, this was very disappointing. I went back to the bar and asked for a refund because I didn’t want to pay for something like this, and I didn’t even try it (ten dort vypadá špatně, nechci to, chci vrátit peníze). Another girl was there, but instead of helping me, she just said “I don’t understand”. I was speaking very simple, so it honestly felt like they didn’t want to understand me because of my accent. At that moment it really felt like I was treated differently because I’m a foreigner. That’s not okay at all. Also when they gave me the cake, it felt very passive aggressive, like she was angry that I asked about my order. In the end I just left because my friends were already waiting. No solution, no apology. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I don’t recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: Kč 200–300
