Smash on Glenwood Ave is definitely a different concept compared to what was there before. Replacing Carolina Ale House, it brings a new vibe that feels more out-of-state than your typical Southern bar. The food selection reflects that change, it’s not the usual comfort bar menu, which may or may not appeal depending on what you’re expecting. The food overall was okay, though the wings were a bit too hard for my liking. On the positive side, the drinks were really good and well-prepared. The decor stood out and created a fun atmosphere, especially with the games available, which added to the experience. Overall, it’s an interesting spot with a unique vibe, but the food could use some improvement. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
