I just had the worst experience here ever. Im pissed off. Those young girls don't need to be in there fixing nothing for nobody. They just made me the sloppy snowball. After telling me they didn't have change. It was as nasty as their attitudes. I usually get a strawberry shortcake with condensed milk with no problem. Today was the worst experience at a snowball stands that I have ever had. I literally had to throw my snowball in the trash right there. Money gone down the drain. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Regrettably, the service duration extended to one hour and thirty minutes before I received nachos and a medium snowball. The nacho cheese was cold, I swear on Zeus, and I was on my thirty-minute lunch break. If the service exceeds ten minutes, I would personally choose to leave. I would withhold payment until my food is properly prepared and served hot. Next time I visit, I intend to withhold payment and if they do not deliver my food within fifteen minutes, I will simply depart. Honestly, I would not even make payment until the fifteen-minute mark if they fail to deliver my order within that timeframe, as refunds are not provided.
