This is the 3rd time I have ordered sonic and not received the right items. My husband hasn't got his marinara for his cheese sticks with me triple checking to make sure I chose it and also I order a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries. This is the 3rd time I have received honestly not sure. Think it's a cherry limeade with strawberries. It's clearly sprite and has a lime it. We started doing door dash because it takes 30 min plus to get order but now we won't be doing doordash for sonic either. Very disappointed im sick and thats the only thing that has sounded good Service: 1

Avoid this sonic! They took 45 minutes to get me an order of medium Ched R Peppers. Then gave me 4 of them and they weren’t even warm. It really wasn’t that busy and staff claimed they are too understaffed to be productive. I wouldn’t go back if it was free! Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

Hi Jake, we’re sorry for the wait for cold, incomplete Ched 'R' Peppers. This speed and quality are not what we aim for. We'll address these staffing and service issues with our team.
