The current crew has absolutely no idea what they are doing. They’ll start taking your order, tell you to hold on, long pause then the screen resets. I went through this 3 times and gave up. They can see me clearly Through the kitchen window, so no idea what is in their heads. Hard pass, you have plenty of other options in the area or Siegen one exit up. Wait for new ownership here, this franchisee is lost and probably losing plenty of business. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worker on a phone call the entire time I was waiting 15 MINUTES for two drinks! AND THE PARKING LOT ONLY HAD TWO CARS! Worker walked out and handed the drinks WHILE ON THE PHONE! I know this location has been going through it so I’m trying to keep it short, but oh my God, I really had to make a review because this is insane from any business. 6/5/26.
