Food was fine. I made a pickup order and went to get it and they said it was not in their system. They asked if I was at the correct location and I said yes and told them the address. They never got it. First time we pressed the button we were completely ignored after he said hed start the order. Not to mention the employee was extremely rude and snippy. And so, I did get snippy back, I get its late, but im being respectful and just want to figure out what is going on. We press the call button again after no response for 20 mins. We said we're still waiting on a pick up order and havent been told what's going on. He was extremely rude and was like *sigh* " WHATS THE ORDER" and I said "Excuse me?" Told him the name and said I have the conformation order and everything. Took almost 2 hours to get food that was supposed to be ready in 5 mins. Manager finally came out. Super sweet I told her that I dont appreciate being talked to like trash by the employee I was speaking to. She apologized, gave me a discount and made the food fresh. Currently still trying to get customer service to gove me a refund on the pickup order. But, I wont be coming back to this location, took way too long, rude employees, and just overall a mess. The manager did great however Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the absolute worst sonic I’ve been to. I’ve given this location so many chances because of convenience but it’s not happening again. You have to pull into multiple stalls just to find one that works. You can place a mobile order and they seem to log it out as delivered to your car because you’ll see people come in after you and order in person and leave with their food before you get yours. Sometimes you ask a worker where your order is and it’s like they never even made it. I’ve ordered on the app and had to wait 30 minutes. I only waited because I had already paid and couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to give me a refund. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My most recent experience at a local Sonic Drive-In was absolutely the best so far. I can undeniably see constant and consistent improvement with every visit. I praise Sonic Drive-In for their unwavering commitment to excellent. Keep up the outstanding work!!!
