Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We always want our order entry to be precise and to handle any necessary corrections with helpful, friendly customer service, Peanut. We're sorry for the initial build mix-up and that our subsequent resolution process didn't reflect our high expectations for flexible care. Your feedback is going straight to the team to review training and cashier guidelines, and we truly hope you give us another chance to show you a sample visit.

This is the 3rd time I have come to order something and they can’t hear us and just totaled out the order before at least coming to see what else it was that I wanted. The machines are getting soooo bad and even order was wrong.

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

Maintaining precise audio communication through our speakers and ensuring accurate order verification are absolute requirements for our drive-thru team, Summer. We apologize for the technical communication barriers and order variations you encountered, and your experience is heading right to our maintenance team to check our hardware uptime. We truly hope you give us another opportunity to show you a flawless trip.
