The last 2 times I've went to this place the order taker said, "welcome to Sonic, what can I get started for you?" I would then start saying my order and then the order taker would interrupt me and say, "whoa bud! We're really busy in here, gimme a couple minutes to get caught up!" So I wait for them to "get caught up", then after 4-5 minutes I just left. What kind of deal is that?? If they're not ready to take an order, why answer the speaker in the first place? Odd business practice.

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hi David, I am sorry for the frustration you experienced at our speaker. We want our service to be responsive, and if we're not ready to take an order, we should communicate that clearly and professionally. I’ve passed your feedback along to the team so we can look into our service standards and communication. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a much better visit.

Cherry limeade redbull slushes are hit or miss at all Sonic drive-in locations. So e days it tastes like there is no redbull and other times it is strong. I like them when they are strong as I love that red bull bite. If there isn't any red bull it isn't a redbull slush. There is no quality control and this is franchise wide....as this happens nearly everywhere I try them...some are great and some aren't good... Order at your own risk...if you are counting on a full dose of redbull you may have to get your own reserve can just in case...
