We pride ourselves on blazing-fast kitchen hustle, accurate bags, and a welcoming drive-in atmosphere, Timsr! We're so sorry that our crew fumbled this interaction. We're handing this directly to management to review our customer care standards and make things right.

My son and I went to the Sonic restaurant on Louisville Road here n Frankfort Ky we placed our order off of the $1.99 menu 3 jt bacon cheeseburgers and 1 chessy Baja tender wrap when the young lady bought out food out we look at out burgers and there was no “BACON” on them!! They were cold also!!! So when the young lady bought my change back my son was telling her what happened and she said that she can put my name down but they were “real “busy so that was telling me that I was not going to get 3 fresh hot jr bacon cheeseburgers today !!!She asked my son for the name and he gave my name and she said ok Did not write my name down or take any other information!! So u have called 3 times and no 1 picked up the phone!! We got poor customer service today!!!And I am NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT !! Tiania Wiley Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3

You should always receive fresh, correctly portioned meals exactly as you ordered them, Tiania. We apologize that your burgers did not reflect our strict quality guidelines for accuracy or temperature, and that your phone calls were unanswered. Your detailed feedback is being forwarded to the team to focus on our bagging steps and guest communication, and we hope you will give us another try to provide the five-star meal you expect.
