Location needs some better training. This is the second time we have came here and the server didn't know where things were to add to the order, she suddenly couldn't hear me and had to come to my car to take the rest of my order. My order still ended up being wrong Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Guests should feel confident that their orders are understood and handled efficiently, and we regret that this hasn't been your experience, TyiLee. Clear communication and product knowledge are important parts of great service, and we’ll be sharing your feedback with our team to help improve training and guest interactions moving forward.

Do not come here on a Sunday. Myself and 3 other cars, and I've been waiting over 20 mins for 2 drinks and 2 corndogs. And then was brought someone else's order. Service: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Waiting longer than expected is never the experience we want for our guests, especially when you’re looking for a quick bite. We're so sorry to hear about the delays, Nikki. Fast, reliable, and accurate service is something we strive for at SONIC, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much better run next time.

Typical Sonic drive-in. Carhops bring your food to you and the nifty red call buttons are a hallmark of Sonic Restaurants. Great place to get fried foods, shakes, and tots or fries with chili and cheese... not good, however, at offering a healthy menu, but food is cooked to order so it's hot, fresh and quite delectable.
