Very disappointed in the past month it’s gone so far down hill, I mean order a supersonic double. Mayo only, no pickles, no onions, extra lettuce.. something I assumed the times I ordered before was maybe just because they were busy but nope the same quality the last 5x.. picture attached of what you get, same thing the last 5x mind you). The food tastes good, and the service is great just the quality of what you order is atrocious!!!!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food was alright, but we ordered cheddar peppers and they didn't include it on the order. We had to turn around and re order them with the manager. When we got the "cheddar peppers" I opened up the bag and saw they looked like cheese curds. When we talked to the manager again she told my girlfriend that she had ordered cheddar bites which neither of us knew those existed and didn't see them anywhere on the menu. My girlfriend just told her that she didn't know what those are and that she said cheddar peppers. The manager rolled her eyes at my girlfriend and walked off without saying anything else. I understand they were probably busy but the attitude was uncalled for. Terrible customer service experience. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
