This is consistently the worst Sonic experience I have. The service is slow, the order is often wrong, and by the time I wait for my ice cream, it’s NEVER to the top. If I pay for the size I want, I expect that amount of ice cream and not to be jipped. Do better, Hartselle. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulled up and ordered a large lemonade slush add strawberry. Paid for it with debit on the outside screen. 5+ minutes later the young lady comes out and hands me my drink. She then asked for the $??? I told her that I had already paid on the screen. She said " due to the storms, we are having trouble with our exterior card readers, I can take your card inside and run it?". I gave her my card and she handed me the drink. 3 minutes later she comes back and said that the interior card readers were now done and I must pay cash. I told her that I didn't have any cash with me. She then said "hand me the drink back and you can run get some cash". I gave the drink back (of which I had already drank from). So why am I making this review you may ask! I am writing this because now the drink will end up in the trash and my two or three times a week to Sonic will forever stop! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
