waited over 30 minutes for my food finally stopped one of the workers and she said she didn’t see our order on her screen. we showed her my phone, she went back and checked, then came back and said she “just hadn’t made our drinks yet”. We proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for the ONE drink we ordered. never again.

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, so we’re truly sorry for any delays, Gracyn. We understand how frustrating it is to wait that long for an order, and this is far beyond our standards. We’re working with our team to get our service back into high gear, and we hope we can provide a much faster run next time.

The employees were friendly and doing the best they could, you can tell they were short staffed. I sat in my car for 15-20 minutes before I could even order and another 20-25 minutes before I got my food it was very aggravating. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We appreciate you highlighting that our team members were friendly and worked hard during your stop, Heather! However, maintaining a highly efficient operational pace and robust queue progression remains our primary daily target. We apologize that your transaction involved unexpected wait times across both our speaker and window lines, and your note has been forwarded directly to leadership to review our daily shift scheduling workflows. We look forward to welcoming you back for a much faster trip.
