Regarding Blasts and Shakes: you literally doubled the price in less than 5 years, reduced them portions significantly and you’re lucky if you even get a teaspoon of whip. And the blasts aren’t even mixed half the time. All the cookies are literally at the bottom. The fact that you’re next to Walmart is a good thing so I can pick up a weeks worth of treats for what I pay for 1 medium blast. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We know how much a sweet treat matters, and we’re so sorry to hear your treats didn’t have enough mix-ins. We understand how frustrating it is when blended items are not mixed as expected. We’re working with our team to reinforce attention to detail and ensure better consistency moving forward, and we hope to serve you better next time.

Apparently, no one on staff understands that a strawberry limeade is made with sprite. It's NOT lemonade with limes and strawberries in it. Seriously. 5 times in 3 weeks. Does no one on staff know how to read the ingredients of their menu items Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

As the Ultimate Drink Stop, we’re truly sorry to hear we've been missing the mark on your Strawberry Limeade, Don. We want your favorite flavors to be perfect every time, and we’ll make sure our team makes your next one exactly the way it should be. We’ll be ready to get it right next time.
