3rd time we’d ordered from them third time my orders been screwed up 3rd time iv waited so long that the milkshakes were completely melted and my kids were upset. 3rd time is the last time I waste my money on food that’s not even right and might I add is cold. Like this place used to be really good but they evening shift needs some serious help Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We’re sorry your recent orders have been incorrect and that your milkshakes were melted, Jessica. We want every visit to be a wonderful treat for your family, with hot food and cold drinks served right on time. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

We only get drinks from here because the app makes it relatively cheap, but by golly if you don't wait forever and a day for anything even if you order on the app ahead of time. It takes even longer if you go through the drive thru. They need to pick up the speed. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We love that you use the app to score those great deals, Kelli! The goal is to have your drinks ready to go the moment you arrive, so we are sorry this stop didn't reflect that seamless experience. We are forwarding your feedback to the team to look into our digital order timing, and we hope your next visit is an absolute breeze.

Due to short staffing service was lengthy for drive thru and parking order. Our peanut butter milkshakes were pretty good...not enough peanut butter Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Thanks for hanging in there with us despite the wait, Gina. We’re glad the peanut butter shakes were a hit, but we hear you on the flavor—we’ll work on being more generous with the peanut butter so they’re perfect next time. Thanks for the feedback!
