Went to this location on 18 May at approx 11p, the line and wait time was excruciatingly and unacceptably long. It took 30m just for one vehicle to move up. Decided to leave as I was approx #5 in line. Called back the next morning to speak with a manager regarding a refund. The teenaged girl who answered was very rude and dismissive—typical Gen Z attitude. Said it was my fault for not waiting for my food. It's my fault that their operation is failing. Hung up on my call when I pressed for the district or regional manager's contact info as the GM was MIA (probably indicative as to why this place sucks!). Ended up calling corporate and after 20 mins with an overseas call center, obtained a refund. Never again, Sonic—never again! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Closing down your drive in stalls is a mistake. I will no longer visit this location and wait in long lines while my car is running. Are you going to change your name? Because Sonic Drive-In is no longer true.
