I ordered on the app. After I checked in, I sat for about 30 seconds. They had my food ready and it was hot and fresh. Very happy with my experience Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The employees tell you that they are sorry for taking so long but the question is why is there only 1or 2 working. Where is an assistant manager or manager even. These kids cannot run a fast food restaurant. They need supervision, guidance, training and well staffed. Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We’re sorry your visit took longer than expected and didn't reflect the smooth experience we always want to provide, Michelle. We know how important it is for our teams to have the right support and setup to serve you fast. We truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts on how we can better support our drive-in. We’ll make sure your feedback is reviewed by the appropriate team.

The worst restaurant in Oneida. The worst Sonic in the country. Nasty, poor service, Food is bad even by sonic drive-in standards. You'll have a better experience anywhere else you eat. The owner response to reviews are automated because the issue and complaints are real and consistent. They have no plans of dealing with the rude staff, horribly prepared food, facility in disrepair. Go to Clinton TN or Jamestown TN or pretty much any other town with a Sonic Drive-In and it will be far superior.
