The manager David at the North Rd. location is very rude disrespectful sassy and very nasty. His attitude is so disgusting and he provides the worse service. He does not know how to run a store at all. His customer service is trash. They have roaches and don’t wash their hands. Do not eat here. I’ve called corporate and nobody has gotten back to me and it’s been 2 weeks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

This is not the experience we want for our guests, April, and we expect our leadership to represent the best of SONIC. We take these reports very seriously as the health of our guests is our top priority. We are escalating this to our Quality team.

Drive-through. You typically do not get ketchup here. I did receive ketchup one time last week, so that I'm not fibbing. But nine out of 10 times, no ketchup dating back months. Today, May 6, 2026, 12:10 p.m., specifically asked for ketchup. "You want it in the bag?" "Yes, please." Guess what???????? Orangeburg has what? 20-25 fast food places? Tripadvisor says 12. I bet every one of them has ketchup. Except one. Think about the extreme.... I bring my own onion rings to get some ketchup from here?? Wow. Are finances that tight??? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2

Response from the owner hace 4 meses

We hear you, and we’re sorry to hear that ketchup isn't always included or given with your order, Richard. That’s not the smooth, complete experience we want for you. We’re sharing this with our team to ensure we're more attentive to our guests' needs!
