Randon Torres hace 4 meses en Google

I went to Sonic Drive-In in Post, TX today and used the online ordering system for the first time. My order said it would be ready at 4:15 PM. I arrived at 4:20 PM, checked in, and let them know I was there to pick up my order. I was told it would be “right out.” By 4:40 PM, I still had not received my food, so I pressed the button again to check on the status. The employee who responded was very rude. When I tried speaking to her, she did not respond and simply clicked off the speaker. About five minutes later, she finally brought my food out with an extremely poor attitude. She told me that I had “checked in at 6,” which is why my food had not been brought out. I explained that I had been parked in the same stall the entire time and never checked in at 6. She aggressively insisted that I had, practically tossed the food to me, and walked away while growling and muttering something under her breath. This behavior was completely unacceptable, especially from an adult employee. The situation could have been handled much more professionally and with basic customer service and respect. Rolling with the changes and keeping things fun is what the drive-in spirit is all about, Jane. We’re thrilled your server took such great care of you, and that the food and customizable drinks hit the spot. We can’t wait to see you at the speaker box again soon!

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for 3 chicken strips and a drink and still never received it. I wouldn’t have waited that long but I paid online. Now I have to request a refund and it’s going to take 2 weeks to get my money back. Awful place

Response from the owner hace 5 meses

Hi J, we're so sorry for the long wait and that you never received your order after paying online. We know how frustrating that is, and we certainly don't want to keep you waiting for your food or your money. We'll address this with the team.
