Orders 2 small blast. Had to press the red button twice to get service. Took 30+ minutes for 2 small ice creams. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

Speed is a huge part of the SONIC experience, so we're so sorry for the extended wait, Lisa. We know your time is valuable, and we’ll work with our team to get us back into high gear. We hope to provide a much faster run next time.

I live between 2 sonic locations and have had a lot of issues with one location. Decided I didn’t want to deal with what I knew was going to be bad and went a little further to Pea Ridge Sonic instead. I have to compliment my carhop Rachel today, food came out timely, all our special ordered drinks came out correct, and Rachel was super nice interacting with me. I had to give this location their recognition of a great sonic experience! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We're glad you took that extra drive to visit us, Kathryn! Rachel is an absolute rockstar, and we’re thrilled she delivered a flawless experience with timely service, perfectly customized drinks, and a super nice attitude. We’ll definitely pass along the praise and keep earning your loyalty!

There is always a 30 min wait in the line here. Never ever going here again. And I live in the city. It just sucks because it could be so much better. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 3 meses

We’re sorry that the long wait times have kept you from enjoying your favorites, Jennifer. We want to be a convenient, fast stop for our neighbors in the city, and it’s disappointing to know we’ve let you down. We hate to lose a local fan and will work on speeding things up. We’ll make sure it’s reviewed by the appropriate team.
