Refused to do split payments and the ice cream machine was down in the middle of summer. This was after refusing service at the park and call stalls, forcing us to go in the drive through. This is ridiculous and unprofessional service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Response from the owner hace 2 meses

We’re sorry your visit was impacted by several equipment issues, Tiffany—that’s not how the SONIC experience should be. We’re working with our team to improve our facility so guests can get service more reliably. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you better next time.

The whole point of sonic is the shakes and blasts. I attempted to order a shake and they proceeded with “ our machine is down and will be down for WEEKs” such a shame. It’s summer time. It’s milkshake season what the heck smh. Too dang sorry and lazy hire better folks man

As new residents to the area, we stopped in Friday evening (4/21/23) and was unable to pay at the order point (lane 4) and car hop took our card inside to process the payment. Now five days later we are receiving fraudulent charges on that card. Luckily the cc company blocked the initial attempts and we were able to freeze/close the account blocking further attempts. Service was not good nor was the food at the level of quality we’ve experienced at other Sonic Drive-ins around the country. We do not recommend this one. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner hace 3 años

Thanks for reaching out to us, Wanda. We agree, this is unacceptable and we apologize. The fastest way for us to resolve this issue is for our team to file an incident report and reach out to the franchise owner to make sure they follow up with you. Can you give us a call at 1-888-257-8100 or visit http://bit.ly/1EOeLMc so we can make this right?
