This specific sonic struggles. It's not necessarily an employee problem but something with the branch manager or someone higher up the chain. Many of the ordering kiosks don't work for card payments which puts strain on staff to go back and forth to deliver food, then process your payment inside. This leads to delayed times and overwhelmed staff. Some of the kiosks don't work at all and you don't know that until you pull into a spot then need to back out just to pull into another one that doesn't work. More than a few times, I've ordered 2 or 3 drinks only, then left empty handed after 15 or 20 minutes despite hardly any other customers. Other times, I've pressed the button and not gotten a response or greeting at all. It's quite Bizarre that such a well know fast food franchise allows this time of stuff. I don't blame the local employees. It's not their fault. It's 100% an issue above their heads and the employees are just trying not to drown. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

That burrito was 4 tater tots, half a jalapeno, three tomato slices and one small fried egg with a stingy squirt of nacho cheese in the middle. All for 7 bucks. Isn't late-stage capitalism wonderful? Service is great at this location though! Can't blame local management when greedy shareholders demand infinite growth quarter over quarter. The team at this location does an outstanding job.
