Food was good. Staff was really confusing. I got a message on the screen that they were bringing my food, I waited and the screen said it was delivered to my car. I waited a little longer then pushed the button and was told they were still working on it. I think there was either an issue with the computer system or the staff was faking their prep and delivery time so their management didn't get angry or something. Felt rude to me either way. Staff never addressed the issue while I was there.

Added a drink to our online order that we didn’t purchase. And despite showing them our receipt in the app and asking them to just remove the drink, they guilted us into paying. We weren’t going to fight it further in person, but we have the receipt in our app showing we never ordered a drink and they must have just added it in store on their own. Check your receipts! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1

This place has consistently gone downhill. Everytime we go, we have another issue. This time, they told me my debit card was "not authorized". I called my bank and they said that is nonsense. I went to McDonalds and it worked just fine. Good thing I had some cash on me so I could at least get the drinks I wanted. Well, I get all the way home and the bottom of one of our Route 44oz Sodas completely broke out in a perfect circle and dumped all over our living room couch and rug. Nice. What are the odds of a styrofoam cup having the entire bottom fall out in a perfect circle? Seems suspect to me. Needless to say I am furious! What a joke. Update:. So this is what I got back from Sonic after my complaint to their corporate office. Really, a free drink? For the drink that basically exploded all over my leather couch and new shag rug?
