La atmósfera de este establecimiento es espectacular. Pero un gran número de usuarios que usan Google no le otorgaron a esta comida rápida una nota muy alta.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order through the Subway app, and my card was charged and received an online receipt saying everything was good but my sandwiches were never made and I received nothing. I was told by Isabelle the employee there that’s she wasn’t going to make the sandwiches and there was nothing I can do about it even after I showed her proof of the online order and that everything went through on my bank. the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I have not been given a refund. I’ve called the store over 12x and still haven’t received a refund or an answer . So pretty much got my money stolen and no sandwiches. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for food you never received and then have the store refuse to refund your money. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Terrible customer service!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Please save yourself and your money from this place. I ordered online the app and got verification email and the worker Isabelle which by the way in all my life never seen someone who hates they’re job as bad as her said she will not help even with the verification email and shown it was taken out of my bank, again anybody reading this please avoid this subway at all cost you will be thankful to still have your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
