I'm a doordasher, I had an order pickup that I waited about 30 minutes for. The cashier was definitely overwhelmed, but absolutely wasn't paying attention to his job even a little bit. He was having to make 3 orders by himself because the other employee was walking around sweeping and talking to people, and the first employee burned my doordash order because he was too busy talking and trying to get me to send someone $5. Then he proceeded to not remake the order at all and when I left he was eating cucumbers off the sandwich he was making for the other customers who came in after me. This was around 9:30 PM on 06/15/2026. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The associates chatted while I waited assuring me that they would be with me in just a minute. When I asked for a tiny bit of mustard she dumped a blob of mustard, giggled, and said it always comes out like that. The soda machine ran out of my drink and no one bothered to change it. Ugh Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

WHAT ARE YALL DOING OVER THERE. I just called 15 times in row. That is over well over 5 minutes straight. I KNOW YOUR PHONE IS RINGING BECAUSE IM THE GUY CALLING IT. Every other damn subway at least has the respect to let it ring all the way through. Yall keep rejecting it before it gets to the part where yall don’t have a voicemail box. And now I see why. PICK UP THE PHONE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
